  Had the most amazing time on this tour! Was a bit apprehensive when it was going to be such a small group but luckily it was to our advantage. Caro is a great leader and I felt safe and comfortable at all times. She went above and beyond even when she wasn't feeling 100% herself. What's included, meals, activities is really good value for money we had some incredible experience! The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is personally I would switch the Canggu and Lovina itinerary around slightly to spend more time in Canggu but other than that really can't fault the pace and places visited.

  I had the best time in Bali! Hendri made it the best experience and was so helpful the whole way through the tour. The activities were amazing and the accommodation was lovely! I would definitely take another tour and recommend to friends and family.

  The Bali experience trip was absolutely amazing, the best holiday I have ever been on. The accomodation was amazing and much more boujee than I ever expected. Everything was planned so we'll and from day 1 I felt like I was in good hands with Intro. Our group leader Caro really made the experience though. She is so talented at what she does and made every moment perfect. We were so well informed about everything we were doing and everywhere we were going. She had genuine personal connections with all the locals that we encountered and had so much knowledge of the local areas, which meant we got truly immersed culturally and got to know the locals and their ways of life. She really couldn't have done anything more for us and I felt so safe in her hands. The activities were also amazing. I had a great time at every activity, even the ones that I wasn't particularly excited about. I was pleasantly surprised by all of them and it has made me rethink the types of activities I might do on future holidays. I will definitely travel with Intro again and genuinely couldn't recommend them more. Thanks for everything!

  Intro did an excellent job of creating a tour that is fast paced, but also allows time to relax. The transport between locations was effortless and smooth, as they use local drivers who know the streets very well. The locals they partner with speak very highly of them as a company which is great. Carolyn, my tour guide was the highlight of the whole trip. She is truly a credit to intro. She went above and beyond to make sure that every person had a good time, felt safe and secure and got what they needed out of the trip. Her personality is bubbly and infectious, and she did not have a single off day which was amazing to me. She made you feel emotionally supported as well as being amazing at all the logistical aspects of the trip. She also had great cultural knowledge, and would find an answer to any question you had. I would solely pick my next trip based on where Carolyn is guiding as she is that good. Overall, I had a great experience through intro and would not use a different company to travel with!

  I recently had the pleasure of doing the 15-day Bali experience trip, an incredible experience. Our tour leader, Caro, was truly amazing. She went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly, from coming dancing with us, to ensuring everyone was ok when they felt unwell. making the entire journey enjoyable and stress-free. Her attention to detail and ability to connect with everyone in the group made for a fantastic atmosphere. Caro made this trip unforgettable. The standard of food and accommodation on the trip was also amazing, as well as the incredible once in a lifetime activities - swimming with manta rays and turtles

  The whole trip was perfect, start to finish. The itinerary was packed with lots of different activities and experiences, which were all amazing, but it also gave us a good amount of down time to chill and explore on our own. Our tour guide, Caro, was amazing from the moment we arrived to when the tour ended. Caro is such an amazing person to be around, full of energy all the time and has plenty of local knowledge about the different areas we stay in as well as the activities we take part in. Caro is a legend.

  The Bali Experience 15 day trip was packed with so many great activities, from Balinese family visits to snorkeling with turtles, and swimming with manta rays. The trip all ran so smoothly thanks to our amazing group leader Caro, who was full of contagious energy every day, and was the best group photographer and DJ!
