Stefano was outstanding at his job, he was very informative and always patient, and kept everything running smoothly. We appreciated how he took care of all the details, even writing out the city bus instructions on our itinerary in the lobby of the hotel in Mestre! This tour is an excellent way to see a lot in a short period of time. We visited many more towns than I would’ve ever seen if I’d planned it myself! The hotels were both clean and convenient, and we were lucky to have a small group on the bus, so we had lots of room to stretch out.Show more

She explained everything and was a fun guide. She knew a lot about all the sites that we visited. She also gave us tips on where to go during our free time, which was amazing. It was a nice experience for first time travellers to Italy. The meals can be improved, but they were not our main concern. The hotels that were booked were pretty great and in safe areas that were close to the city centres and close to transportation. - RBRon· November 4th, 2019The five-day UNESCO Jewels tour was great! We saw a lot at a fast pace, and Clara is an excellent guide. Not only did she know a lot, she also informed of us of the things she didn't know, and they were taken care of by the local guides. Clara was also hilarious and friendly and really made the trip a blast. Pasquale is also—I think I felt one bump during the entire trip. Also, the free time was just the right amount: after seeing so many places in such a short time, it was nice to be able to stroll or even take a break at the hotel. My only complaint was that a couple of the meals weren't very good. However, the other meals were great! I highly recommend this trip and fantastic guide and driver.Show moreTrip date: November 2019
