- PMPhilip· September 26th, 2024We had the BEST Tour Guide you could ask for in Ciaran Maguire. He did a great job in not only showing us the country, but telling us some of the background history. He knew the best places to get what we needed and where to eat at. He really went above and beyond in making sure we were well taken care of. All of the hotels were ready for us when we got there and the rooms were all very nice. We came prepared with 2 electric socket adapters as Europe uses a different type of wall socket than the USA and were very glad we did so we could charge our phones and cameras every night. The boat ride back from the Aran Islands was the only thing that was a little unpleasant. Other than that we had an EXCELLENT Tour! He stayed one step ahead of the weather and gave us options when originally-planned destinations were too foggy for great views or clogged with large tour groups. We were able to enjoy Ireland's beauty, music, food, history -- the whole delicious, magical place.
