Stacy· September 27th, 2024It never happened because my luggage was lost and I had to cancel AND NO ONE stepped in to help me out to find my luggage at the AMS airport where it was lost. I called to tell them (let me tell you it was virtually impossible to get a live operator at Tourradar, but finally did) (Nordic Unique travels doesn't answer any messages over the weekend) and they were like well, I'm sorry, too bad, call the tour operator (Nordic Unique Travels). I did and they were like gee it's too bad but we can't help. OH YES, you speak the language and can get the luggage to me so I can continue the trip.
