This was my first time doing a multi-day tour and it was well worth it to get such expert guides and an immaculately planned itinerary. All the guides were extremely professional but I want to specifically give thanks to Mahmoud my tour coordinator who made everything absolutely seamless. When I got sick for 24 hours he proactively arranged a room for me to stay in free of charge. He also made it easy to customize the tour to include a few extra stops at the very last minute, and helped to resolve an issue I had with a perfume seller on my behalf.
