Mahmoud, our main contact, was amazing he was there for us even before we arrived in Egypt and stayed in touch throughout our entire trip. The customer service was outstanding. We always knew what to expect, with all the details about the guides, drivers, schedules, and everything else. Even though there were plenty of moving parts that could have caused delays or issues, everything went off without a problem, making it easy to relax and take in the wonders of ancient Egypt.
