In Santorini, we were a bit too close to the airport for my test. And after checking out the whole island by bus. I liked where we were better than anywhere else. Mainly because we were in close proximity to the beach. And the hotel we stayed in had a beautiful pool🏖️Show more

- MSMITRI· September 23rd, 2019Hotels in small town should be 5 stars, because we had a bad experience with Carina Hotel it is a 2 stars and very very bad, they upgrade us to Charisma Hotel a 5 stars, what a difference. As for the food, not always good. Also we had a bad experience, we had lunch at a carpet factory (home made) small quantity of rice and vegetable, most of the prople didn't eat well. As for the organization, it was given to small agency, if you have a complaint you do not know who's in charge. The Eskapas people didn't even come to welcome us or try to contact us to know if everything was OK, if we were satisfied or if we had any problem nothing, they washed their hand by keeping local tourist office to do their job. We have sent you an e-mail complaning about the Carina Hotel you did not bother to contact us or send any explation from Tour Radar or Eskapas.
