Jackie has an amazing wealth of knowledge. Every city we pulled into she fired off the best history and facts and did it in a way that was super organised. I found when we did walking tours later with a propper local guide i had already heard all i needed to hear from Jackie and the local guides were much more boring. Jackie is also very organised and diciplined. She made all the rules and timings very clear and we all knew that if we were late we missed the bus but she was also very kind and considerate if we had a reason and had discussed it earlier. Everything was so well organized and Jackie knew literally everything. She had great tips on where to eat, drink, and dance- as well as an astounding amount of knowledge on the history of every single place we went.
