- CChristopher· January 6th, 2020This was a private tour due to the fact that no one else had signed up. I chose to cancel my tour before the end of the day becausen it was mostly unsatisfactory. My driver was a half hour late and the only subsequent stop we made in Casablanca was to get gas. I thought this was strange but chose to go along with it. After a short nap I found that we had also passed by Rabat and the royal palace as well. Upon arrival in Fes I was informed by driver that I was on my own for the rest of the day (and for dinner, which I thought was included). The only bright spot was the manager at the riad and the food and hospitality. Otherwise I would advise against this tour and company. The operator offered me a refund at first but then changed his mind because he had clearly been influenced by what my driver had told him. The operator was very unprofessional and even told me vía e-mail that the parts of the supposed itinerary that were skipped weren't that "big of a deal." Thankfully TourRadar knows what customer service is or this overall experience would be horrendous.Show more
