- NCNaomi· May 27th, 2019Before I review the actual tour I have to state that I don’t believe Click Tours is actually a tour operator. I think that it’s a fairly new company that just sells you a tour that other companies operate. In addition if you look at the great, 5 star reviews they are probably ghost reviews by the company because all of them are just the first and only reviews made by these accounts. The actual tour was given by a guide who works for Rent A Guide, and we were driven in a Rent A Guide van ( we were constantly told the van wasn’t a good as the guides’s own van). We were a small group of ten. Which was a nice size, but all thought we were going on a tour given by a different tour company, really bizarre. The guide was very knowledgeable and very solicitous to two elderly people with walking difficulties, except that we all had some issues with him. 1-In addition to being the guide and van driver he also talked on the phone a lot which was very distracting and I thought dangerous. We finally asked him to stop, which he tried for a while, but couldn’t really help himself. 2-He didn’t keep to the itinerary. On the 2nd day he added several items from the third day, so our touring day was very long. From 8am-7pm. We were all exhausted. The result of this was a very shortened third day of the tour. The guide must have wanted us to finish early for his own personal reasons because on the way to Jerusalem we didn’t even stop for lunch. We ended at our hotel at 2pm, and we were lucky that our room was ready. In all I’m really glad I toured northern Israel but I would have like a more professionally run tour.Show moreTrip date: May 2019
