Our biggest complaints include the surprisingly poor air quality, lots of burning going on in area; our lodge outside area was beautiful and comfortable, staff very helpful and friendly. Biggest complaint was the lodge bedroom, very dirty, cold never got hot water to shower with.Show more

At the beginning I hired the 3-night 4-day tour in Chitwan, but then I requested some changes to the tour, to also include Pokhara and they always accepted the changes. Anuj, from Withe Hill Adventure, organized a perfectly closed program for me, with all the transport, hotels and activities in Chitwan and Pokahara. The hotels were very good, the local chitwan guide very friendly, they always treated me very politely. The only thing that was harder and unpleasant were the long bus trips from Kathmandu, many hours and the roads are very bad, but it is always like that, it is not the responsibility of the agency. Very happy with their good services.
