There were great travelers in our small group and we made new friends that will last a life time. Just do it! Our tour director Loretta made the trip a real joy. Her enthusiasm, ownership, and committed care for our group was amazing. For example, she went to great lengths to ensure we had breakfast on the last day before our very early flight. The only negative was the changes in hotels from those listed in the brochure. The only concern was the accommodations had changed from what was advertised and we stayed on the outskirts of Banff instead of close to downtown. If it weren’t for having to climb stairs to get to your room and also another flight to go to bed it is what I would consider below average. Lack of communication and lots of excuses. 3 out of 4 hotels were changed, very minimal baggage handling. Some of the hotels were run down and dated. No restaurant or vending machines. Watch out when you pay for travel protection. Follow up to make sure it’s in place and you have policy number. “ many comments were made about Tyler the owner makes these decisions and I just have to follow through” I give praise to Tour Director she did her best contacting the office with all the mishaps and problems.Show moreTrip date: June 2024
