  Our tour in Morocco was amazing! Our guide, Said, was a wonderful guide who really went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. He was a very safe and professional driver and we felt so comfortable out on the roads with him, which is important for a trip where you are spending hours on the road each day. Said also had great food recommendations and just great advice and information overall that would be helpful for our trip along the way. The itinerary was quite ambitious for a 6 day trip and we managed to fit in everything that was planned. I would highly recommend this trip, along with our guide, Said, to anyone looking to experience Morocco with an experienced local guide. We are hoping to be back again in the future and I would gladly book with the same tour company.

  This was one of the coolest tours you could do while in Morocco. Hasyn who was our tour guide was absolutely amazing. He made our experience the best it could be and taught us so much about the culture and religion that is most common here in Morocco.

  Our tour was fantastic, we could see the most beautiful places of marocco and our motivated and lovely guide Said showed us the country from its best side. I can highly recommend this to for old and young, it's a amazing experience.

  We absolutely loved 90% of this tour. Our driver was warm and friendly. The guides we were set up w/ were local and knowledgeable. The Riads that were booked for us were quality & charming. The tour price dropped substantially after we booked, but the tour company graciously upgraded us, and added some items to our tour to make up for it, which was very much appreciated it. The only downside was the drive time to the Sahara tent camp for the camel ride at the end of the tour. We weren’t told that it was almost 9 hours to drive there and almost 8 +hours to drive to Marrakesh the next morning!! This was too much time driving for us. Had we known we would’ve made changes to that final two days( esp since my husband gets car sick and the winding road over the Atlas mtns 2x’s was brutal). I highly recommend this tour and this tour company… just be sure to clarify drive times. And book it! Morroco is amazing!

  The Road Goes On Forever...And the Party Never Ends Since my college years I’ve dreamed of traveling to Morocco. Of course, there are many ways to visit - a beach resort, a Marrakesh resort, a cruise, etc. As a child I read a National Geographic Magazine article on the Berber people of North Africa. I wanted a cultural tour - a short, introduction to people, history, music, food, religion, natural beauty, culture of this unique land. If you are going to road-trip in a land of extremes - sea, mountains, desert, highways, narrow alley ways, and torn-up gravel trails shared with rickshaws, mopeds, bicycles and donkey carts - you need an excellent 4x4 comfortable SUV like the Toyota Land Rover that Anwar met us with at the Casablanca airport. You need an excellent driver that can handle the the chaos of medina traffic and the sliding of deep sand. Someone who knows the local customs and craziness of the Morocco drivers. I'm generally white-knuckled when others drive, but I had immediate confidence in Anwar and could enjoy the sites. You need great music! Anwar shared his and we shared ours. We got a great new soundtrack of world music. You need connectivity. Anwar’s Toyota had wifi for the road. Most of all, you need an enlightened, kind, cultured human being to guide and educate you on the culture, sites and history. Anwar is just incredible host and I dare say friend - leading us through a road trip of a life time preparing and planning lodging, meals and tours. All of the accomodations were top notch. Everywhere we went, Anwar had friends. The hospitality is beyond anything hoped for. The hotel on the Corniche in Casablanca had an ocean view with a full moon. The riad in chefchaouen had spectacular views over the blue city and sunsets from the private balcony. Two nights in a road in the Fez Medina with dining at a 5 star restaurant and rooftop view. Anwar helped us with local wines and arranged local guides in each city. The camel ride across the 40 foot high dunes to watch the sunset was the greatest feeling. My camel, “Bob Marley” affectionately nuzzled my leg. Our guide found a sand “fish” lizard. We rode into the Tiziri camp in near darkness. The camp was eco centric but had more than the comforts of home. Hot shower in your large luxury tent with full toilet facilities. Anwar arranged a special 6 course meal served to us under the stars with a special local wine. After dinner, the guides performed traditional drum and song music accompanied by guitar. Truly remarkable and discussion of musical influences. We arose to see the sunrise over the desert and departed after a traditional breakfast. We drove through the Atlas mountains listening to tunes past old women carrying bundles of branches on their backs and down into Marrakesh for our final adventure. We part ways with Anwar but not before he had gone above and beyond yet again to get us safely to our riad. TL;DR Anwar is a knowledgeable, friendly guide that will provide you a five star journey through a fancinating land. Highly recommended.

  Absolutely fantastic review. Cannot say enough positive things about our tour guide Idir. He made our first visit to Morocco special and seamless. We got to see and experience so much of the country in our 6 day trip and we're already talking about when we can return.

  Overall a good tour but there is a lot of driving to cover the various places.The highlights were Fes and Chef Chaoen.We probably could have missed the gorge that we stopped at to save a bit of time.The camping in the Sahara was fun.It would have been best to start the tour on the first day rather than just being picked up by a hired driver & just taken to the hotel in Casablanca and left without any information-we felt a bit stranded.The hotel in Casablanca, the Avenue suites was lovely and breakfast beautifully presented.Very friendly staff. The other shout out was the Kasbah that we stayed in Skoura.Beautifully cared for building, amazing pool and the food and service were of a high standard.The Roman temple at Volubilis was very interesting but we could only stay for less than an hour-everything was rushed.Medina in Meknès seemed very interesting but only briefly stopped there.Probably the disappointment was the fact that the tour ended once you got to Marrakech and there was no tour of Marrakech included.We had a pleasant driver that doubled as the tour guide, therefore tour-driver.We only had one guide that walked us around the areas of interest in Fes-she was very informative.All in all a good basic overview of parts of Morocco.If you are after something at a more relaxed pace, you need to add on another 2 days at least.Thank you.

  My partner and I had an amazing trip with Marrakech tours! We especially enjoyed the trip to Chefchaouen, Fes, and the desert overnight stay. Our driver, Abdel, was critical to making our experience so wonderful. He helped us arrange local guides, was very patient in answering all of my questions, taught us Arabic, and even took us on a short visit of Tihingir to see a small town off the usual tourist path. He was a huge advocate for us and we felt so comfortable with him. The lodgings were all clean, with wifi access, and comfortable. We plan on recommending this trip to several friends when we return to the U.S. Would strongly recommend for couples, new travelers to Morocco/north Africa, and families with older children (10+).

  Very professional team work, always available and helpful during period before trip. Trip through Marrakesh Tours executed the tour plan to the dot. Very Professional team of Yassine and Abdul filled this whole tour through their personally tailored approach, careful attention to details, punctuality, beside their knowledge of the land/culture made us feel welcomed, comfortable. No doubt they deserve all 5 stars.
