I highly recommend this tour, having everything organized in terms of transfers, hotels and especialy ferry tickets is very helpful.

When I needed help because of an unexpected change of accommodation or the planned transfer for the beginning of the trip, I was answered only a day later, otherwise it was a good trip. Price / performance ratio rather flop, excursion on the ship top.

I am really really sorry to have to write this review but candidly this was a complete rip off and a really poor overall experience. For context, I have traveled to 60+ countries, many of them solo, and am no stranger to travel logistics, planning, coordinating taxis, ferries, flights, etc. After a solid 2.5 months bouncing around Asia, I wanted someone to plan the trip for me, so I basically paid to have them do it. I am not ignorant to the fact that this comes at a price. This was a self-guided tour, so I expected to do a lot on my own, but candidly the coordination and logistics elements of this tour were really really lacking. The itinerary was rather inappropriate for the islands planned, and the information provided was not helpful at all. "Here are some greek dishes!" - who CARES? I want actual helpful information! Usually self-guided tours will come with a few recommendations on trusted car rental places, points of interest, how much a taxi ride to other towns should cost so you don't get screwed, information on ferry times to other nearby islands- this had no such thing. Let me start from the beginning. On the morning of, a taxi driver met me and handed me an envelope and gave me a number to do an "orientation." As an international traveler I did not have a greek number and did not have data I wanted to blow on a phone call. So, I whatsapped. Effie responded but provided... no information of value. That's ok, the folder I was handed had all my ferry tickets (all of which were in the lowest category, with the cheapest ferry line). This ferry line is always 1+ hours late. ALWAYS. No exceptions. In fact, it is kind of a joke among the locals when they saw me arrive at the ferry 2 hours too early. This was planned so poorly I actually spent $200+ of my own money on ferry tickets and a flight back to Athens. It hurt, but I had to salvage what was left of this awful trip where I spent most of it a) at the ferry port and b) waiting for taxis and boats). I wasted a substantial amount of time in Paros and Naxos due to this tour company, but so far it was just a 3 star experience, until I finally got to Santorini. This was downright unacceptable. The hotel booked was nowhere near ANYTHING, only facing a noisy street where you could literally hear every single car passing. There was not even a convenience store to buy water - and you can't drink tap water. The hotel provided no water and frankly was like "The Shining" - straight out of the 70s. Really poor conditions and I did not sleep AT ALL this night because the street noise was so impossibly loud. Again, since this place was, NOT CLOSE TO ANYTHING, I again had to blow another $80 to rent a car. I complained to the tour operator and they helped me find accommodations for the second night, but seriously I was so so so disappointed at this point. Imagine spending $2,500 - not including airfare, mind you- for a couple of taxi rides probably totaling a value of $300 (in a generous estimate), and ferry tickets (the prices were printed on the ticket- $17 and $34- so about $55 total). Each of these hotels was less than $100 a night, in fact closer the $70-80 range. So, out of pocket cost to them- MAXIMUM, assuming they get discounted rates as agents- was probably something like $800. They charged me 3x the price for a logistically asinine, poor experience for which I had to pay more than $200 out of pocket myself just to make it bearable. Santorini by far was the worst experience. This was the only part of the tour that was semi guided, and we were met by an agent at the port, named Stavros. Stavros told us he would be our point of contact for any issues, and provided us his information to reach out to him. Great. My tour package included a boat tour. I was asked to wait at a particular location at a particular time. The car was 30+ mins late after the pickup time. I whatsapped Stavros to let him know of the delay and ask if I was in the correct spot. Please bear in mind- it was unseasonably cold and windy, I am standing at a random stop sign in the middle of NOWHERE, not close to anywhere even with SHELTER, dust blowing into my eyes. 10 minutes is fine to wait, 30+ minutes is unacceptable. When Stavros messaged me back, I told him the car had finally arrived but I found the 30+ min wait under these windy conditions as a woman standing in a SWIMSUIT/COVER UP in the middle of the street really unacceptable. His response was that a "15 minute wait" was a minor inconvenience for me. It wasn't a 15 minute wait, it was much longer, and if they were going to be that late, I would have appreciated a head's up. He responded so rudely that "we are not responsible for the tour operator" - I explained well, yes, you are- you booked them, not me, and I am letting you know of how they operate so you can decide to consider that when you work with other vendors, who are more reliable. "Just because you are annoyed you doesn't make them an unreliable vendor. We have been working with them for years" - and he proceeded to berate me to a point that I quite honestly just blocked him. Seriously- any tour company who can't even listen to feedback about your experience is not worth hiring. And by the way- the tour ended up being really really subpar for the amount of money charged. In sum, in the 60+ countries I've visited, this is by far the worst organized tour of my life. I sincerely regret the money I basically burned trusting this company to manage a trip I could've done a far better job of planning for a fraction of the price.

Glad l went. It had been 30 years. All my connections were made successfully. Next time I would want a tour on each island. The one on Santorini was great. The hotel Makarios was pretty far from the restaurants on the shore and I kept losing my way. All hotels were excellent. The one on Naxos was especially nice and was located well. Enjoyed my first time on the ferries.

Great Service, Beautiful Islands. My one Suggestion would be to include Free Wi-Fi vouchers/codes for the Blue Star Ferry transfers. The trips were quite long in the beginning and end of the Tour, and the free Wi-Fi would be quite Helpful.
