- FAFAKEHA· July 14th, 2024We loved Uzbekistan and it's people! We truly enjoyed visiting the historical sites, staying in a yurt camp overnight and home stay in a village. Each of these experiences was unique and memorable. The food was great, though a bit bland for our taste. The guides were amazing. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and flexible. The accommodations were great but a bit far from the city center, except in Samarqand, where it was just a five minute walk.
