  My friend and I recently had the pleasure of embarking on our first Himalayan trek with Sherpa Expedition and Trekking Team, accompanied by our guide, Lakpa. From the moment we joined the group, it was clear that we were in the hands of consummate professionals who were dedicated to ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and memorable trekking experience. As first-time trekkers at significant high altitudes, we had our fair share of concerns and uncertainties. However, the Sherpa Team went above and beyond to address our needs and make the trek as comfortable as possible. They provided us with detailed information and guidance prior to the trek, ensuring that we were well-prepared and aware of what to expect. Throughout the journey, they were always available to answer our questions and offer support, making us feel confident and at ease. Our guide, Lakpa, was an absolute gem. He was honest and genuine on the trail, always looking out for our safety and well-being. He had an incredible wealth of knowledge about the region, sharing fascinating insights about the local culture, history, and natural surroundings. Lakpa's calm and reassuring demeanor helped us navigate the challenges of the trek, and his friendly and approachable nature made the experience all the more enjoyable. One aspect that truly stood out was Lakpa's professionalism and dedication to his role. He never indulged in any vices, such as drinking or smoking, which could potentially compromise his abilities as a guide. This level of commitment and discipline was truly admirable and gave us complete confidence in his abilities. We felt incredibly fortunate to have Lakpa as our guide, and his presence played a significant role in making the trek a memorable and rewarding experience. The Mohare danda Trek in Nepal was undoubtedly the best trip we have ever had. The stunning landscapes, picturesque villages, and warm hospitality of the locals made it an unforgettable journey. The Sherpa Expedition and Trekking Team, along with Lakpa, played a crucial role in ensuring that every aspect of the trip was well-organized and enjoyable. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to providing an exceptional trekking experience were evident throughout. In conclusion, we cannot recommend Sherpa Expedition and Trekking enough for anyone planning a Himalayan adventure. Their attention to detail, commitment to safety, and exceptional team of guides, such as Lakpa, make them the perfect choice for a memorable and rewarding trekking experience. We are already looking forward to our next trip with them.

  The Manaslu Circuit trek was an incredible adventure, filled with stunning mountain views and a challenging yet rewarding journey. Despite the mixed weather conditions, the trek was an experience of a lifetime. The meticulous planning and organization by Sherpa Expedition and Trekking made the entire trek hassle-free. One of the highlights of the trek was our guide, who proved to be an invaluable asset throughout the journey. His knowledge and expertise made the hike even more enjoyable and insightful. He shared fascinating stories about the local culture, history, and the surrounding mountains, enriching our experience along the way. His presence and guidance made the trek feel safe and well-guided. Sherpa Expedition and Trekking truly exceeded expectations with their professionalism and attention to detail. The trek was well-organized, and every aspect was taken care of, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the breathtaking landscapes. The challenging moments of the trek were always well worth it, thanks to the guidance and support provided by our guide. Praveen's expertise truly enhanced our trekking experience, and we felt safe and well taken care of under his guidance. Additionally, our porter was not only strong but also incredibly helpful. He effortlessly carried our belongings, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the beauty of the trail without the burden of heavy backpacks. His assistance was invaluable and greatly contributed to the overall enjoyment of the trek. One of the highlights of our trek was the high-quality gear provided by Sherpa Expedition and Trekking.   The trek was nice. All good, arrangements for logistic and transportation is very good. My friends and I just completed the Manaslu Circuit trek Larkya la pass (5106 meters). Our guide Lakpa was excellent. He was knowledgeable and friendly- always trying to help. He found good guest houses for us to stay in despite it being the off season. He cooked a food for us because Dharmasala and Bhimthang no one there. Thanks Lakpa and Sherpa teams.

  We had an excellent Mt. Manaslu trek in December 2022 with Sherpa Expedition and Trekking & can whole heartily recommend them. I was impressed with their professionalism, personality, communication with Ram, and organization. I really valued the stress-free aspect of the whole trip, for example, Sherpa Expedition and Trekking team will meet you at the airport, transport you to your hotel, organize all aspects of the trek including trekking permits, arrange all accommodations, provide porter. We waited until we were in Kathmandu and could meet trekking companies offering Mt. Manaslu treks. Sherpa Expedition and Trekking stood out from the 5 other recommended companies I spoke with: Ram Barakoti aslo Mountain guide he is very professional, knowledgable, competent, and well organized. Their fee for the trip was reasonable. The trek was spectacular, we had amazing views of many mountains and glaciers. There were many unforgettable moments and stunning photos! The flora and fauna slowly change from tropical to alpine over the days of hiking, which is interesting, it's not until day 4 that you start to see the big mountains. Most days are 5-6 hours of walking. For the Best Views don’t forget to Hike to Pungin Gompa, you can see one of the best views from there. If you are planning to go buy bus to Soti Khola, please better to go by private Jeep it will be more comfortable! I have no hesitation in recommending Sherpa Expedition and Trekking, Pasang Sherpa Guide & will trek with them again next year.

  Started trip on 14 december 2022 and end 27 dec. I got in contact with Ram Barakoti over email and after we met him in person in Kathmandu we immediately felt we were in good hands. It was important for us that the company could also transport our stuff to kathmandu by private car, which was no problem. Furthermore, Ram Barakoti provided us with extra warm clothing and even organized a dinner with other clients who were also about to go on a trek. He brought us in contact with his uncle and our guide Dawa sherpa. Guide Dawa has a lot of experience on the trail, showed us the way and arranged everything for us in the teahouses. Yet, perhaps more importantly, he is also a very cheerful and funny guy and a great dancer. We had good talks, learned some Nepalese and played cards. When we go back to Nepal we will definelty go for annother trek with Sherpa Expedition and trekking. Note: kathmandu to soti and besisahar to kathmandu better to book private jeep it will be more comfortable.
