Ms Ha has been very helpful and friendly right from the beginning , graciously accomodating to all my changes before finalising our trip. From the day we arrive till the end of our trip, everything went smoothly. Our hotel in Sapa far exceeds our expectation with good spread of breakfast. The tour guides were all punctual and friendly. And our guide to Halong Bay, Ms Trang ( hopefully I spelt correctly) is an excellent guide with great knowledge and very pro-actively helping us with pictures and taking care of our tickets, giving information thoughout our journey from hotel to Halong Bay, recommending eateries in Hanoi although her scope is only in Halong Bay for us.The meals prepared for us during our stay were also very good. And throughout our stay, Ms Ha has been following up with us daily to make sure that everything is in order and that gave us great comfort and confidence.
