  My mother and I recently had the incredible opportunity to embark on the Annapurna Circuit trek, a 15-day adventure that left us with memories that will last a lifetime. We were fortunate to have chosen Sherpa Expedition as our trekking company, and with the guidance of our exceptional guide, Dawa Sherpa, and the assistance of our helpful porter, our journey was made even more enjoyable and rewarding. From the moment we first contacted Sherpa Expedition, we were impressed by the professionalism and expertise of their manager, Ram Barakoti. He provided us with all the necessary information and details about the trek, ensuring that we were well-prepared and knew what to expect during our journey. His knowledge and attention to detail gave us the confidence and peace of mind we needed to embark on this challenging adventure. Upon our arrival in Nepal, we were warmly greeted by Dawa Sherpa, our experienced guide. Dawa's friendly and amiable nature immediately put us at ease, and we knew we were in good hands. Throughout the trek, Dawa's knowledge of the region, its culture, and its natural wonders was truly impressive. He shared fascinating stories and information about the places we visited, making the journey not only physically rewarding but also intellectually stimulating. Dawa's expertise in trekking and his understanding of the challenges that come with high-altitude hiking were invaluable. He ensured that we followed a well-planned itinerary that allowed for proper acclimatization, preventing any altitude-related issues. His constant vigilance and care for our well-being were evident, as he regularly checked our oxygen levels and offered advice on how to cope with the changing altitude. We felt safe and supported throughout the entire trek, thanks to Dawa's expertise and professionalism. In addition to our guide, our porter also played a crucial role in making our journey more enjoyable. He tirelessly carried our belongings, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the stunning landscapes and focus on the trek itself. His assistance was invaluable, and we are grateful for his hard work and dedication. The Annapurna Circuit trek itself was a breathtaking experience. We were in awe of the majestic mountains, lush forests, and charming villages that we encountered along the way. The diversity of the landscapes, from the arid and barren landscapes of the Manang region to the lush greenery of the lower altitudes, was truly awe-inspiring. Each day brought new challenges and rewards, and we felt a sense of accomplishment as we conquered high passes and crossed suspension bridges. The accommodations and meals provided by Sherpa Expedition were of excellent quality. The tea houses we stayed in were cozy and comfortable, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere after a long day of trekking. The meals provided were delicious and varied, offering a taste of local Nepali cuisine as well as international dishes. We were impressed by the efforts made to cater to our dietary preferences and requirements. Overall, our experience with Sherpa Expedition on the Annapurna Circuit trek was nothing short of exceptional. From the initial planning stages to the moment we bid farewell to our guide and porter, we felt supported, cared for, and truly immersed in the beauty of the Himalayas.   Thrilling Heights and Cultural Delights, My Sherpa guide on the Annapurna Circuit Trek organized by Sherpa Expedition and Trekking Team was exceptional in every way. His upbeat and friendly demeanor made the trek incredibly enjoyable. He had a knack for cracking jokes and lifting spirits, making the challenging trek feel more manageable. But what impressed me the most was his genuine concern for my well-being.   Everything about the trip was great. Sherpa Expedition and Trekking Team organized it all in a friendly and efficient manner. From the moment we arrived in Nepal, they took care of every detail, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. The team of guides provided by Sherpa Expedition and Trekking Team was highly knowledgeable and experienced. They were not only skilled in guiding us through the treacherous terrain, but also in making us feel comfortable and supported throughout the journey. They always went out of their way to try and accommodate our needs and preferences. The Annapurna Circuit Trek served as an interesting warm-up before the main event - climbing Thorong La Pass. This trek allowed us to acclimatize to the altitude and terrain, preparing us for the challenging climb ahead. The landscapes we encountered along the way were breathtaking, with snow-capped peaks, lush valleys, and charming villages. Climbing Thorong La Pass was a remarkable experience. The ascent was demanding, but the efforts were rewarded with stunning panoramic views from the top. The descent down the valley from Manang not only provided a chance to rest and recover, but it also allowed for further acclimatization while enjoying the beauty of the surrounding landscape. The pinnacle of the trip was reaching the summit of Lobuche East Peak. This climb proved to be quite challenging as it involved steep sections and technical maneuvers. However, with the assistance of our climbing guide who fixed ropes and provided expert guidance, we were able to conquer the peak without too much difficulty. The sense of achievement and the breathtaking views from the top made it all worth it. In conclusion, our trip organized by Sherpa Expedition and Trekking Team was an incredible adventure. The combination of the Annapurna Circuit Trek, Thorong La Pass, and Thorong Peak climb provided us with a diverse and rewarding experience. The professionalism, friendliness, and expertise of the team made this trip truly unforgettable.

  I have safely returned to New Zealand. I want to thank you for the excellent service of your organisation. I greatly enjoyed my trek and I particularly enjoyed my guide Dawa. He was everything I hoped a guide would be: informative, experienced, and helpful. In addition he was also a kind man and who earned my respect though hundreds of small acts of kindness. My thanks also go to Dorje who carried my load with a smile on his face. Even though there was only the three of us, it felt like we were a team devoted to getting me over Thorung La pass. Which, by the way, was at the upper limit of my ability at 62 years of age. In contrast, Dawa looked like he could have jogged all the way to the pass. However he was never more that a few metres away from me, urging me on. When I considered booking a trek along the Annapurna circuit, I was looking for a Nepalese company to book with. It was tempting to book with a global travel company but I wanted my money to go entirely into the Nepalese economy and not be syphoned off by a global head office. I am so glad I did this because the service I received from Sherpa Expeditions and Trekking was as good as I could have hoped for. I wish you continued success in future. Every step of my adventure was quietly managed in the background; sleeping bag, down jacket, taxis, buses, accommodation were booked and paid for through your company and so I never felt taken advantage of. It was nice to feel that at the end of each day my guide had a particular (and clean) guest house in mind that was expecting us. Dawa seemed to know all the people from the guest houses and we were warmly welcomed by them. I am sure Dawa asked for me to be upgraded to the best available room. Many times independent hikers would ask Dawa for advice on tracks, distances and guest houses. He was helpful to everyone. I recommend Sherpa Expeditions and Trekking to anyone considering an adventure in Nepal. If you are lucky enough to have Dawa or Dorje in your team, you can expect to have a great experience.   I Completed the Annapurna Circuit Trek on February with sherpa expedition and trekking Gombu was my guide guide, I can't thank him enough for such a great trip, he is honestly amazing and always has such a positive happy, friendly, helpful and funny. He took care me so well and always made sure we were happy and healthy. he is so informative not only with the this region but with the whole of Nepal, I was able to learn so much from him along the way about nepali culture. Ram Barakoti was also very helpful during the inquiry and booking stage, replying to emails so quickly within 10 minutes and professionally. Thanks to Ram Barakoti for such a great adventure :), i will definitely come back for next trip with you guys'.

  My girlfriend and I did an amazing 15 day Annapurna Circuit trek with Sherpa expeditions. I wasn’t sure what I had gotten myself into at the booking with Sherpa Expedition, but with the help and support of Ram Barakoti Manage, I felt confident to take on each day. We were vey lucky to have amazing guides with us. Mingma and dendi were knowledgeable about the trails, very organised and accommodating with our needs. Tea Houses were great and clean. Food was fantastic. I cannot thank him or Sherpa Expedition and trekking enough. Outstanding and flawless tour operation. Highly recommended When I come back to Nepal in the future I will use Sherpa Expedition & trekking and guide Mingma Sherpa!

  My friend and I have recently returned from the 15day tour with Sherpa expedition & trekking which included the Ghorepani Poon hill and Annapurna circuit. We very much enjoyed our experience thanks to the dedication and support from Guide Dawa and Sona our porters as well as Mr. Ram Barakoti (this company manager)for organising it all. Whilst the tour was both physically and mentally challenging, specially thorong La pass is very chllenging it was truly a once in a lifetime experience and a 100% worth every penny. The guide Dawa had outstanding knowledge and was able to answer all questions directed at him. We felt safe every step with this team, I strongly recommended Guide Dawa and Porter. If you looking to do this trek, we highly recommend booking through Sherpa Expediton and Trekking.
