Everything from the accommodation & food through to the excursions & people we met was excellent! Our guide Bogdan was fantastic! He was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. He put us at ease right away with his friendly and relaxed demeanor. He is a very experienced tour guide and this shines through in his knowledge and professionalism. We would definitely want Bogdan as our guide if we ever come back to Romania. I would not hesitate in recommending this company and genuinely hope to return to Romania with friends, so they can also experience the great things I did. I will be planning to use this company again! I stayed for 3 nights in Romania. First night in Bucharest 2nd and 3rd nights in Brasov. Bogdan picked me up from the airport and took wonderful care of me during my time in Romania. He showed me the highlights of Bucharest on the first day and on the second day we visited Bran Castle (The Dracula associated one) and Peles Castle which was absolutely beautiful. In the evenings I had time to explore Bucharest/Brashov by myself and Bogdan gave me a recommendation of where to eat at both. I am sure if I had asked for others he would have gladly helped me out as he was generally a really helpful person, keen to assist and who knew what I needed to know. Went to a very interesting 13th century fortress with lots of fascinating history that Bogdan told me about, and from which the views of the surrounding area were beautiful. Also visited a fascinating fortified ancient church in Viscri a UNESCO world heritage town that is being preserved and was very special. We had lunch a very delicious lunch in the building where Vlad the impaler was born and had a good look around the town of sighisoara which was also full of interesting history and gorgeous buildings. The last day we went to the Bear Sanctuary and the monastery where Vlad the Impaler is buried. I learnt so much about Romania and was so grateful to Bodgan for all of his help, his flexibility and his attention in looking out for me and making sure I had what I needed.Show more
