- NNNazar· June 7th, 2022We had a booking in Jerusalem Hotel in Hillel 11 for three rooms. One of the rooms had a broken A/C unit that begin spewing dirty fluid all over the room. When we tried to get another room, the hotel had nothing, which meant we only used two rooms during our stay. We were also charged for a transfer to Tel Aviv which we were promised was included in our tour and for a tour of the holocaust museum on a day that it was closed, meaning we saw only half the things on the itinerary. Very poor accommodations in this aspect, beware.Show more
