- CMCarly· January 20th, 2022I booked the 12 day Kenya safari with comfortable accomodation. I was sent the itinerary and the hotel list in advance. Without any prior communication, two of the hotels were downgraded to significantly worse hotels (not the same quality or price - in fact about $70 each instead of $200). One of the hotels was under a club in Nairobi and I didn't sleep the whole night. I asked for a refund for these two night as I paid for significantly better hotels. Bryan Kazungu from Big Zone admitted they were worse hotels but refused to give me a refund. My guide was also one hour late to pick me up from the airport and he was constantly on the phone and distracted. I recommend that you go to Kenya but book with a better company than this one, so that you really will have the trip of a lifetime. This company has poor service, poor communication and they try to take your money and don't give you what is promised.Show more
