  The trip was poorly organized. There were multiple drivers and no one could speak English. They were always taking me to optional attractions. I was so annoyed by that. They really wanted to suck my money out. A Jeap tour here, and additional tour there, even at the cost of the iternary program. So, for example Evratikulum National Park in Munnar was not visited. I have not been on a house boat, although it was advertized. The hotels often were not clean or had mold in it. The organization of the tour is not good. The temples were fine, but sometimes I was lost, as there not enough guides on this tour and I was left alone. I was often unsure what I could visit inside, and what not. So overall, it could be made better. It is also a rough tour as, you have to check out nearly every day from the hotel and drive at least 3 hours to the next city. I would suggest another tour operator

The tour was well organized and provided a comprehensive look at the culture and history of the temples and sites we visited.   when we arrived at Chennai airport then they were our were treated with and hospitality.   Had a great time travelling with Real viaggi India Tours and Travels with my mom and sister. We were at first worried about safety as this was our first time in India and all of that was washed away when we first met our driver . He is a young, educated individual who took pride in showing his country around and was beyond accommodating. He helped us cover more areas than we had originally planned to and also was very patient with us especially when my mom got sick .   My partner and I did a South India temple tour with Kerala . Our experience overall was wonderful, we did not have to worry about anything since our driver was always so helpful and attentive. We always felt very safe with him and had really great conversations on our drives to the different locations. The overall organization of the trip was excellent. We contacted Krishna via email and he answered all of our questions very quickly. On our arrival in India, everything was perfectly organized: the airport pick up and drop off, all of the hotels were nice and all of the tour guides were friendly and attentive . he would not hesitate to tell us interesting facts about India and its countryside along the way.
