  Such an amazing holiday. Kadek, Yustus and Tress were all such amazing guides and took us around to a range of places to see and experience many different aspects of Bali/Gili. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Would have been better if we stayed overnight in Canggu or ubud to save so much driving back and forth from Kuta though :)

  What a wonderful way to explore Bali and its culture from monkey forest, rice terraces to tasting coffee and local fruits. Still not a Durian fan but fun watching the group tasting and react to it. The snorkeling in Gili was crazy. Hand feeding turtles while snorkeling is something you won’t forget and the white beaches and colorful fish make this the best place I have ever snorkeled. The Hotels and staff was amazing at every place we stayed but I need to give special thanks to our guide Yustus…. he was professional , organized, knowledgeable and just fun to hang with.Our driver Pepen was like our 2nd tour guide always helping out. This was a stress free trip because of the way they worked together

  Every aspect of the tour (hotel bookings, transportation, activities) went flawlessly. Communication both prior to the trip and during the trip were was great. Our tour guide and our driver were extremely friendly and concerned with the group’s comfort and wellbeing. We all had a great time!

  We had the most amazing time on the tour. Yustus was a brilliant host and we were really sad to say goodbye to him. He was very informative and kind, and he went above and beyond to look after us and make sure we were happy with everything. We met the most lovely people on the tour and by the end of the week we really were a little family. I couldn’t recommend this trip enough if you are looking for a week tour, as we saw so many parts of Bali and the Gili islands in the 7 days and had the best experiences. We laughed all the way and built some great relationships! The company were also incredibly helpful in organising our onward travel. We decided to spend a few days in the Gili islands after the tour had finished, and The Bali Trip Mate organised and booked our travel back to Bali for an extra fee. This was really helpful as it meant we could carry on our holiday knowing that everything was sorted. 10/10 would recommend - thank you all for a brilliant trip!!

  I had a great vacation thanks to Bali Trip Mate and especially thanks to our guide Yustus and driver Tres (Tresno). They were friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome the second I met them at the airport. Bali and the Gili Islands were beautiful and we got to see so many different sights and places. Many activities were included such as snorkelling and entry prices to temples. I wouldn't have been able to see so much of both islands in one week if I had booked and travelled by myself. The two hotels that we stayed at were well-located, nice and clean. The two downsides to the holiday were that we spent a lot of time sitting in the car driving to different places. Due to traffic, it could also take longer than planned. The second was that some days were packed with activities, which resulted in us not having much time to spend at the various tourist destinations. The aspect of discovering an area on foot by walking and wandering around is unfortunately lost with this travel concept. However, we had good conversations during the car rides as we got to learn more about Indonesia and its culture, and we got to see a lot of the beautiful islands through the car windows. I would recommend this trip to anyone who wants to discover Bali and Gili Islands in one week!

  I could not have asked for a more amazing experience in Bali. Anything you could possibly need, Bali Trip Mate found a way to make it happen. They were very good with communication and helpful. Our guide Yustus was an angle. Both him and Tress were incredibly knowledgeable & accommodating always making sure we were happy and taken care of. The hotels were clean, food was delicious, and overall this was such a wonderful experience. I can not recommend this tour enough it was truly a trip of a lifetime.

  Overall we really enjoyed our 7 day Bali experience, we got to see a lot of different places and explore different parts of Bali, we wouldn’t normally do if we had organised itineraries ourselves. I would recommend doing a cultural Holy Water Sebatu sacred ceremony or even an ATV ride through a cave or waterfall would be awesome! The hotels we stayed at were very accommodating, clean and comfortable, free wifi was a bonus… The Bali Trip Mate tour guides and driver were great and always politely mannered in a professional way. They always went out of there way to help if we needed anything. Yustus and Rocky especially were amazingly exceptional and always made us feel safe-nothing was ever too much for them. The manager Rizal took time out of his day to meet us on our first night at dinner, I thought that was very important, as it made us feel welcomed and not just another number for the tourist statistics. Lovely atmosphere, great experience just wish we could’ve stayed longer! Thanks guys! Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  This is a great way to see many highlights of Bali through a variety of activities! There were 3 guides with our small group of 6, providing us flexibility to split up and see what was most interesting to each oerson. They all did a fantastic job making sure to take care of all we requested and prospectively what we didn't know we needed, and we always felt safe. Highly recommend this tour!
