  Working with Tour Radar was a fantastic experience! We had a self-guided tour which meant Tour Radar did all the hard stuff like finding hotels, arranging rides, having people with our names on signs at each pick-up/drop-off. It really allowed us to relax and enjoy ourselves. And the couple bumps we had along the way, Tour Radar was quick and responsive every time and either fixed the problem or, more often, it was just us being overly nervous and it had been handled the whole time.

  This was such an amazing tour! All of the hotels were great and it was so nice having someone waiting to pick us up at each port. Would definitely use this company for a future tour!

  Overall would not recommend booking through dot travel. You can get way better and cheaper accommodations on your own for less money. The trip started off nothing but stressful when we had to wait in the Athens airport (our first time ever traveling to Europe) for over two hours for our transportation. We were placed on the extremely long ferries when the shorter ones were similar in price and placed in the most disgusting hotels that were very inconvenient locations to main tourist attractions. Being from New York, if I knew someone coming from another country to visit, I would never place them in a neighboring state that takes an hour to get to Manhattan. This is what we had to deal with. In Santorini not only were we 45 minutes and a 40 Euro one way cab ride from Fira and Oia, but we felt completely unsafe at the hotel. The hotel was in a desolate area with no lights and beyond unfriendly staff. Although there was a beach located 10 minutes away, we were not interested in a beach that attracted older local people. Being that the tour is advertised for young people (ages 18-35) we expected to stay in more populated areas. This is on us for not following through, however, we feel the advertising was poor and deceptive because it showed on the “original itineraries” that we would be in more of the scene. When we received our vouchers 11 days before the trip we figured we’d still be in populated areas just different hotels, that was clearly not the case. Overall, I would not recommend using this company to book your vacation seeing as we did research and all of the hotels we stayed in at the same time of year were far cheaper to book independently rather than through this company.

  Do not recommend! Overall unhelpful and felt misled and dishonesty by both parities. For travel did not deliver what Tourradar website promised. Hotels were far away from ideal locations had to pay a ton in cabs. There was no tour guide and no assistance from either companies on things to do. Do not use this company! Save your money and book things yourself they provide no extra services

  We booked our tour with Dot Travel specifically with George Kokkiadis and we sinserely remained extremely pleased with everything. Mr. Kokkiadis arranged our package about 2 months and made it a point that all the details about the trip would be perfectly taken into account. We highly commend him for being very so accurate, professional, trustful, reliable and friendly. The punctuality of the whole itinerary was outstandingly organized, we did not encounter any inconvenience throughout the entire journey. Needless to say, your trip is to be chosen from a variety of alternatives depending on the star rating of the hotels and other tour rankings according to your personal selection or budget of your trip. Positively Mr. Kokkiadis will make the best accommodations pertaining to the level your are willing to select for your vacation, regardless of the quality of the package of your choice his service will be excellent and very well appointed. We picked an 8 day Island Hopping Tour (Athens, Mykonos, Santorini and Crete) and for the moderate rate we paid the whole trip could not have been any better and satisfactory. We would certainly recommend all our friends and family members willing to travel to Greece not to have the slightest doubt about contacting Mr. Kokkiadis and make all their arrangements with Dot Travel. At the same time we would like to confirm to Tourrradar that there is no superior operator for them to work with than this great reliable company, efharisto Mr. Kokkiadis, keep up your awesome work!!!!
