I booked this “independent tour” 7 months before travel. They had no problem communicating and answering questions before they got paid. When I had no itinerary or vouchers one week before my international travel I contacted them to which I was told I’d have everything within the next day. Then I was ghosted for five days. Not a single word back after reaching out EVERYDAY for 5 days! I ended up getting TourRadar involved and received my vouchers for travel and itinerary 24 hours before my flight.Show more

The trip was amazing! The accommodation was basic but clean and comfortable. I loved the White Banana Beach Club in Siargao right on the beach and a great place to meet other travellers! I loved the trip and the itinerary and thoroughly enjoyed my time in the Philippines, I would 100% recommend this for anyone wanting to travel solo.
