The site said we were meant to be doing the tour with 6 people maximum, while eventually we were with 15+ and everyday different people. Also the pick up from our hostel was always late, and after the pick up we had to drive another 40 minutes through the whole city to pick up the rest. It also said it was a '4-day tour', but actually there were only two days with activities. Booking this trip feels like a scam, and a partly refund would seem like the least you guys could do.
