    The cruise was excellent. However the initial meeting was badly organised and it was difficult to know where we would meet up. Only after meeting did we find out that the first day of the cruise was cancelled and we would have to go by bus to start the cruise next day. No one from Croisi or from TourRadar had told us about this, but everyone else knew. Although the cruise was advertised as English speaking, we were the only native English speaking people on the cruise. Luckily the Finns who were more than half the passengers all spoke excellent English and we got on well with them. At the end of the cruise, the cruise director and local guide were very helpful in getting us to our hotel in Siem Reap, which was different to the one the others were staying at.

    Mr chien Nguyen was our guide on the Mekong cruise on the indochine from hochi min city to cambodia, to luang starting on 2/10/23. Knowledgeable Fluent in English Friendly And concerned about our safety always. He was a 5* guide - the best in this trip

    We travelled CroisiEurope from Hanoi (Halong Bay) to Ho Chi Min then crusing the Mekong River to Siam Reap. We have done several river and ocean cruises and this was up there with the best! Great food, great boat and facilities, great tours with flexibility. We were impressed that at each stop we had local tour guides, one each for english, spanish and french speaking guests. All the staff, guides and directors were great and happy to help with any issues. How good is a Halong Bay sunset?! Would definitely recommend CroisiEurope and TourRadar - the online support tool for TourRadar means that you get a response to the smallest of queries within 24 hours. We'll be back.

    • For any tour departing before August 13th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after August 13th, 2025, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking with CroisiEurope River Cruises. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 120 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
