- Day 5 Trek to Tengboche (3,860 m) - 5 hours
- Day 6 Trek to Dingboche (4,350 m) - 5 hours
- Day 7 Trek to Lobuche (4,910 m) - 5 hours
- Day 8 Trek to Everest Base Camp (5,365 m) and then Back to Gorak Shep (5,180 m) - 8 hours
