Ann· July 31st, 2021DO NOT TRAVEL WITH AAT KING They leave their travellers in the lurch when things get difficult l! Darwin went into lockdown one hour before our trip was due to start! Within an hour the tour was cancelled and after ONE nights accommodation we were left, deserted with no assistance in Darwin! All this was done via email! Not once did a person from the company contact me (a lone traveller) to check on my welfare or offer assistance sorting travel arrangements!!! They were cruel and disgusting in their lack of empathy and care of their clients! They only thought of themselves! A CRUEL UNCARING UNSYMPATHETIC AND THOUGHTLESS ORGANISATIONShow more

The guide seemed to be in catch up mode some of the time - checking up on the next part of the trip in our presence. I feel he should have had all arrangements sorted and confirmed prior to departure or if not possible, to be done discretely. That way we would have been more assured of the programme. For the cost the meals were very average. - PPaulseward· May 6th, 2021My wife & I did the Katherine gorge tour on 5/5/21 the coach was 40mins late then drove past our motel while 8 of us watched it drive by. Only to have the Kakada bus driver picked us up & drop us all off up the road this bus was also 40mins. We got told that there wasn’t enough time to have a swim at Edith falls when we arrived. After we left the gorge cruise we got told the pub we were having dinner at didn’t have enough Barramundi to fill the orders & could 11 people change there order. On receiving the new order Michael the coach driver told us that we couldn’t follow simple instructions & that he couldn’t understand what the new otters were. So a lady from the back of the bus went down the front & ask how many of each meal selection was required. With this sorted he phoned the order through but once done complained about how hard it was & that we had made the trip return later then it should of been & that we had to be back on the coach by 7pm. If the coach had of been on time & we didn’t stop for morning tea which isn’t on the itinerary. We could of had a swim & been back at 9-9:30 instead of 10:15pm.
