  1. Guided tour in Hanoi vas very good. Mr. Tung had good knowledge and good english. 2. Trip to Ninh Binh was a very nice destination. However tour guide picked us up at the hotel over an hour late, his english vas poor, and he seemed very disorganised. 3.Sapa: train ticket not provided by TourRadar prior to the trip, causing confusion. However a representative from the train Company solved it nicely. When arriving in Sapa we were transported to a different hotel than we stayed in for breakfast and storage of luggage before our guided hike. This felt a bit unnecssary, and we should have been transported to the correct hotel for check-in and fresh-up directly from the train. 4. Pick-up and ransport to Ha Long bay went smooth. The Cruice was excellent with very nice boat and good food. 5. I left my hat in SaPa, and Hannah Phi managed to organise its return the day after. Very well done! Hannah was also very service minded, and she responded quicky to any enquires and problems we had.

  Everything was perfect ! Not a single glitch in the organisation of our tour . Seems to good to be true ? Unbelievable because when you travel you know that many things can go wrong. And it didn’t ! Our Vietnam experience was incredible ! Highly recommend Best Price Travel !

  Haven’t come home for nearly 2 years due to the outbreak but also a chance to explore Vietnam more! 6 days are quite enough for a tour to North Vietnam. The service’s fine (guess that we can’t expect more when this country’s closed and many businesses have to cut down their cost). But our tour guide’s enthusiastic and helpful, we laughed a lot during the trek. The trail isn’t hard, it’s alright with an amateur trekker like me and maybe we got luck when there’s not many tourists at anywhere we come. Halong Bay cruise is amazing with breath taking scenery, the only regret is that there’s not many choices for cruise at this time, the sale person said that many boat doesn’t work. Overall, still a good tour for anyone who get stuck in Vietnam at this time!

  I travel to North Vietnam from Saigon and the tour was great. I had an amazing time with Tom. Surely come back when I can. Everyone definitely should go for this tour, and ask Tom as your tourguide.

  I have just arrived back from Best of Northern Vietnam 6 days tour. Besides Hanoi, we visited Ninh Binh, Halong Bay and Sapa. A lot of bus, train, boat, bicycle ride, hotels were well arranged by tour operator. The tour was perfect. The price was good, and we are very impressed by Northern Vietnam! We plan to visit the Center and South of Vietnam in the near future.

  Great tours, friendly & helpful guide, amazing scenery, excellent price... I really enjoyed our trip. There were not too many travellers so it was was so quiet I could enjoy every moment of the tour. I will travel again to another part of Vietnam before it open :)
