He helped me to organize trekking gear before starting the trekking. He was enough informative about mountains, Nepalese culture, people and so on. The office was extremely helpful and changes had to be made and they did not miss a beat. They organize very nice accommodations in Kathmandu. They checked and helped me to arrange trekking gear.
