Daniel is very professional and efficient in answering all my questions. I always got a quick reply. Our driver Huang and the guide Green were very friendly. And he was such a knowledgeable and gave me a lot of information and help during my stay there. And I was very lucky to see the harvest time in Longji Rice terrace which was really impressive. If you want to see the most beautiful scenery in China, Come to Guilin. - HMHamid· October 16th, 2019In Guilin and Yangsuo, instead of 4 star hotel they gave us room in standard hotel. There was no fridge in the room in Yangsuo at all. I have some pictures of the room and elevator and othe common areas, very poor quality. Some bugs bit me on my foot and also my wife's body, I have some photos, but it is not clear for me those bags bit me in hotel or another place. In Guilin hotel was much better, but fridge was dead at the first night .They replace it in he 2nd day, but it was just for refressing, as the tour guide said, and not for keeping water cold. It was their definition for standard hotel. The weather was very hot and in both cities, we complain to the tour guide regarding fridge. She said local company selected standard hotel. She did not know about 4 star hotel. I was very surprised, in your advertisements, you do not make it clear that your hotels does not have fridge.
