We felt taken care of, our hotels were great, the transportation was good, the meals were fantastic; and the tour selections were fabulous! I can't say enough positive things about Sunny - she responded to all my questions in a very timely manner; she made sure we had SIM cards and that money was available at the hotel to purchase as we had a late arrival into Hanoi.
