Sharon· June 13th, 2019Our Itenary said we were going to the Taj Mahal at dawn ,when we arrived in Agra on Thursday morning we were told it was closed on Fridays,no one told us this before hand.Our guide wanted to take us there in the middle of the day ,it was 45 degrees I said would rather go at dusk ,so we go at 4pm and then find out it closes at 7 and dusk was at 7:20 pm , completely unacceptable we only went to Agra to see the Taj and at dawn .Our guide in Agra and Jaipur both were not going to come back the second day ,they planned on sending us with just the driver,I contacted the company to ask why ? They then turned up. We spent the whole day site seeing in Delhi and the only food we were offered was street food ,the guide got himself food from 2 different places .I sad twice we need to get some lunch,don't know if he didn't hear me or I was ignored.Show moreTrip date: June 2019- FSFrancis· February 6th, 2019The tour was very well organised ,hotels were excellent and better than we expected. Drivers were polite and helpful and the guides all had excellent levels of knowledge and brilliant communication skills.
