  Daan was a great guide, tour is well planned and had a great time in every location. Included activities were fun and i would not have considered doing them if i wasn't on a tour. Ski extension was good location and the accommodation was great.

  Our 11-day tour through Japan was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived in Tokyo to our final train ride back, everything was so well-organized, fun, and full of incredible experiences. A special shoutout to our guide, Daan, who truly made this trip unforgettable. He was knowledgeable, fun, and always made sure we had the best time. Whether it was helping us navigate Japanese customs, organizing activities, or just making us laugh, Daan went above and beyond to make this experience perfect. The itinerary was packed with must-see sights, from the neon lights of Akihabara and the peaceful shrines of Kyoto to the breathtaking snowy scenery in Nagano. The sushi-making class, Kendo lesson, and Snow Monkey Park visit were all highlights that made the trip extra special. One thing that stood out throughout the journey was the amazing food. Every meal was a delight, from our first welcome dinner to the delicious street food in Osaka’s Dotonbori. Whether it was fresh sushi, comforting ramen, or traditional Japanese hot pots, every bite was incredible! The group dynamic was fantastic as well—everyone was amazing, and it felt like traveling with a big group of friends. We made unforgettable memories together, and I can’t recommend this tour enough. If you’re considering exploring Japan, this tour is 100% worth it, especially with Daan as your guide!

  This trip through Japan was truly an experience of a lifetime! The itinerary was a perfect balance of culture, adventure, and relaxation, allowing us to explore the best of Japan while also taking in its quieter, more traditional side. Our guide, Daan, was absolutely fantastic! His energy, knowledge, and passion for Japan made everything so much more immersive. He always made sure we were having a great time, and his enthusiasm was contagious. Traveling with him and our amazing group made this adventure even more memorable. One of my personal highlights was exploring the backroads of Yudanaka. Walking through the snow-covered streets of this charming little town felt like stepping into a postcard. The onsens were the perfect way to unwind—soaking in the warm waters while surrounded by the crisp winter air was pure magic. Beyond the amazing places, what made this trip truly special was our fantastic group—it felt like traveling with old friends. I highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to explore Japan in a fun, immersive, and well-organized way. And if you’re lucky enough to have Daan as your guide, you’re in for an even more incredible adventure!

  What can I say? Daan is the masterclass of guiding. Always conscious of timing & schedule, knew a lot of fun facts of different spots we visited, lots of solid recommendations for free time, very culturally aware, and was just a solid guy to hang out with throughout the tour. 10 out of 5 stars highly recommend. Ask him about the karaoke bar in Kyoto, you won’t regret it 😎

  I had an incredible winter tour through Japan with our fantastic guide, Daan! This organised tour allowed us to experience so many activities I never would have considered, like sushi making class ,tea ceremony and a traditional kendo class. Daan's knowledge of Japanese culture and the history of the temples made these experiences even more enriching. Thank you for an unforgettable 11 days! I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Japan for the first time.

  Great way to see the highlights of Japan with added extras that I wouldn’t have done otherwise! Our guide Daan was also great, showing us all the cool things and hidden gems while giving us some good info and history of the country and customs. He helped our group gel really quickly and it made the trip so much fun. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking at going to Japan ☺️

  Itinerary covered many of the must see places. Long days, but still enough freetime to adventure on your own. Daan the guide was always in a positive mood and had a lot of recommendations for anything you want to see.
