However, you should be prepared for a "hard" night at the temple, as you sleep on something that only pretends to be a mattress. However, the temple and meditating with the monks is worth the one night. Our tour guide Young was highly motivated to create a great experience for everyone, even if there were a few communication problems from time to time and the size of the group was too big for my taste with 18 people. Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend the tour to anyone interested in South Korea to see as much as possible in a short time.Show more

You got a good overview and I would now have the confidence to travel through South Korea on my own to visit some places again. The group was quite large with 17 people. A group with max 12 people would have been better, would also reduce waiting times for upcoming activities. The tour guide was Korean himself and gave good tips for leisure excursions and restaurants. His explanations of how Korea works were also clear and well-founded.
