    The service we received was way below par for the amount that we paid for this mid range tour. No one could answer our queries on the schedule adequately at the Kruger Park Lodge and we were totally lost as there is no central onsite coordinator. Although Andrew tried his best to salvage it later, it was too little too late. Also the guide for the Panorama route was more of a driver without any explanation. The only saving grace was Elephant Herd Tours, we had a great guide called Bhetifa. .

  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before May 30th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 30th, 2025, a minimum payment of 25% is required to confirm your booking with Timeline Travel DMC. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
