The tour operator (Mehdi from Morocco Destination Expert) was very helpful and talked to us regularly through the local phones of drivers / guides / hotel staff to make sure everything was perfect. He also followed up for resolution of any small issue. The tour experience itself was amazing - especially the camel ride and the night sky in the desert.
