They were also very responsible when there was a hiccup regarding airport transfer but they initiated to solve it. I think this is very important. We all want a hassle free holiday, but when something happen, you want the provider to be quick in response and initiate the solution. The main highlights was the kayaking in Halong Bay, seeing the limestone caves, the bamboo boat in Tam Cốc, and the cycling in Ninh Bình. The tour guide we had for Ninh Bình, Mr Long, was very nice and funny and made our trip very eventful. Overall, an amazing experience!Show more
