- Day 3 Drive from Kathmandu to Soti Khola (700m) 7-8 hours.
- Day 4 Trek from Sotikhola to Machha Khola (950m) 5-6 hours.
- Day 5 Machhakhola to Jagat (1,450m) 5-6 hours.
- Day 6 Jagat to Deng (1,850m) 5-6 hours.
- Day 7 Deng to Namrung (2,500m) 6-7 hours.
- Day 8 Namrung to Lho Gaun (3180m) 5-6 hours.
- Day 9 Lho Gaun to Samagaun (3500m) 4-5 hours.
