- CCristianoBenedetti· February 3rd, 2020We went on the Annapurna Base Camp (ABC) trek in late October 2019, with Holy Mountain Treks. This is recommended as the best time to go to the Himalayas, and for us the weather was excellent: no rain, warm days and cool nights! We would recommend having an exclusive guide and porter per couple to make everything run smoothly. At times, my wife was quite slow climbing the steep slopes, and Ram, our guide was very supportive and patient. If we had been in a large group, we probably wouldn't have enjoyed being hurried along by other trekkers, which is what we saw happening with other trekking companies. We also noticed, that in large trekking groups, some personalities tended to dominate some of the other trekkers. All of the arrangements by Holy Mountain Treks worked perfectly, and the accommodation and experiences surpassed all our expectations! Every day of the trek, the scenery changed and there were new experiences. The base camp is absolutely breathtaking. We were in awe of the mountains and glaciers. Thank you Holy Mountain Team.Show moreTrip date: October 2019
