I would book with them again for peace of mind. The tour itself was outstanding. We felt we got value for money and really saw Egypt thoroughly. We also appreciated the small group of around 11 people, the 5 star hotels and that they even checked we were ok on our cruise. Islam, our Egyptologist was absolutely amazing. Not only did he guide us through all museums and exhibits with interesting historical information, he also told us so much about the Egypt customs and way of life. He went out of his way to ensure everyone was happy, felt safe and just felt generally comfortable. I am not Austrian,never heard of travel insurance within tour package.Never purchased one . if it was mandatory should be included in tour package price.Left a bad taste with your agency and you know what for no reason .Your agents did very well by trying to convince and force me to purchase travel insurance .Sorry did not work.Show moreTrip date: July 2023
