  Excellent meet&great at airport, very good transport from and to. Very good hotel location within walking distance to all sites. Good hotel. Although adequate, booked room lowest basic rate. Very friendly, accommodating staff, excellent b/f buffet. Professional tour guide, good presentations at sites and on boat tour, cost of which seemed overpriced looking at posted prices at dock. Overall a very satisfactory experience, can recommend this tour operator.

  Excellent! If you want an in-depth and thorough tour with friendly and knowledgeable guides, this is the tour for you. Ozgur will arrange and confirm everything for you ahead of time and will keep in touch during the tour. We had a short two day stop and still can’t believe how well organized and outstanding the tour was. You will see the highlights of istanbul and learn a lot along the way. Be prepared for a lot of walking and bring warm jackets and hats, as it is pretty cold on the water and in the evening.

  Poor selection of hotels, poor breakfast. Guide were not helpful at all. This package only good for low budget people. The lunch they gave were very bad below average restaurant. Driver never showed up on time at the airport. Wouldn’t recommend city of sultan to anyone. Had a great time last year with Eurpemundo tours.

  I have been fascinated by the Ottoman Empire since I was a child, and wanted to visit their former capital and see the buildings I had only seen online or on books in person. I am glad to have found City of Sultans as they have made it into one of the smoothest experiences possible. Kemal, who was my guide, was very satisfactory when it came to feeding my huge appetite for knowledge about the Ottoman side of history, but also informed me about the Byzantine side of it too. I can't even stop talking about the authentic cuisine after all this time, I have been trying to replicate them at home but have been unable to do so, Turkish Cuisine is no joke haha. I definitely recommend City of Sultans as your agency when you decide to travel to Turkey, they keep their word.

  Since returning back to the states, I have not been able to stop raving about Istanbul and how unique of a city it is and I think I owe most of it to City of Sultans, as they had everything covered for me starting from the day I landed in Istanbul Airport. My guide was also very knowledgeable, had the answers for any questions I had. The meals were delicious and very unique, if you think you had Turkish Food in the states before, think again. I would like to express my gratitude to City of Sultans for their services, and have already recommended them to many friends.

  The guide, the drivers, the hotel, everything was great! Whenever I had a question, all I had to do was simply send an email or call Ozgur over the phone and I almost immideately got a response everytime. Baris, who was my guide for the tour, had all the knowledge you could expect, basically an encyclopedia. I would definitely recommend City of Sultans if you are thinking of visiting Turkey.

  I would like to begin with how much effort they put and how seriously everyone at City of Sultans worked toward making sure our tour was the best possible experience we could have gotten. Everything was pretty much covered end to end and all we had to do was follow our itinerary and enjoy our tour. I would also like to give my special thanks to our guide, Baris, who has been a great help with his knowledge and punctuality. When we come back to Turkey, we will be choosing City of Sultans again.
