- YPYimami· August 16th, 2024Amazing 10-Day Italy, Switzerland, and Paris Tour – A Dream Vacation with Prime Holidays! I recently had the pleasure of joining the 10-Day Italy, Switzerland, and Paris Tour, starting from Rome and ending in Paris, operated by Prime Holidays, and I can confidently say it was an incredible journey! From the moment we set foot in Rome, we were treated to a seamless and well-organized experience. The itinerary was perfectly designed to give us a taste of the rich history, breathtaking landscapes, and vibrant cultures of three beautiful countries. We explored the ancient wonders of Rome, wandered through the romantic streets of Venice, and were captivated by the stunning Swiss Alps. Our final days in Paris were nothing short of magical, with visits to iconic landmarks like the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre. What really set this tour apart was the outstanding service provided by Prime Holidays. Every detail was meticulously planned, from comfortable accommodations to convenient transportation. Our tour guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our trip special. They shared fascinating insights and made sure we experienced the best each destination had to offer. The accommodations were excellent, providing a perfect mix of comfort and local charm, and the meals included in the tour were delightful, offering a taste of authentic cuisine in each country. Prime Holidays truly delivered on their promise of an unforgettable vacation. If you're looking to explore the highlights of Italy, Switzerland, and Paris in one trip without any of the usual travel hassles, this tour is an absolute must. I highly recommend Prime Holidays for their exceptional service and attention to detail. We couldn't have asked for a better way to see Europe!Show moreTrip date: June 2024
- JCJOYCE· October 25th, 2023The tour guides Nacho, Claudia, Miguel and drivers are great. Except for the driver in Rome he was reckless. But the whole experience is mediocre. The original itinerary was not followed. And some place were added. Hotels are horrible and coordination is poor. We had a flight issue and nobody pick us up in the airport. Despite the 20hours notice. Both in emails and the emergency number they gave if there’s changes. We were left in the limbo. Last day was ridiculous we were drop in the the louvre in heavy rain without a means of transportation back to the hotel.Show moreTrip date: October 2023
- John· November 6th, 2022While the places the tour went to were good we found the leadership disappointing. 1st night our tour guide arrived 20 mini. late and then we took an jr long ride to some special area to experience and have dinner. It took so long to get there we only had an jr to find a ResturantShow moreTrip date: October 2022
- Lin· October 24th, 2022This was the worst tour management we’ve ever used! The tour was nothing as described. The first day in Rome, we were all dumped out at the Vatican and told to either pay 35 euros(times 2) and take an afternoon walking tour which would take us back to where the moved bus was parked or walk on our own back to where the bus was relocated somewhere across town. Of course we paid the 70 euros because we had no idea how to find the bus. We are 74 years old and ended up walking 7.3 miles that day including down 135 Spanish steps. In every town we had to run to keep up with the guide , and if you weren’t one of the front 10 in a group of 66 you couldn’t hear what was said. The guide was too far out front for the range of the radio. The tour went downhill from there. The motel in Rome the first 2 nights, only had cold water showers—not tepid, but cold! At the Vatican, we paid for museum tickets, but all we did was walk through it as a pathway to the Sistine chapel. In most locations, we were never given time to eat and we were all to eat sandwiches at Autogrills. (Not any local cuisine) There was never time allowed for a sit down meal, nor were there suggestions on where to eat in the cities we visited. Many nights we were delivered after dark to a motel in a sketchy neighborhood and told to go find food. In Zurich, we accompanied our guide, Albert, to a grocery store so he could buy his groceries and were told if we wanted to eat supper, we needed to buy groceries because it was too expensive to eat in Zurich. The next day, we were taken back to Zurich to eat! On the 12-13 hour bus trip, we were told we could NOT use the bathroom on board AFTER we had boarded the bus! We had one bathroom break from Florence to Zurich. Then when we asked where restrooms were in Zurich, our guide Albert said he didn’t know. There also were no USB ports on the 12 hour ride to charge our phones, so no photos. On the bus the day before that did have a bathroom, we had to pay one euro each time we used it. Why were we paying to use the restroom on a tour bus we had paid for? Our first guide, Julio, and our last guide, Patricia were helpful, but Albert was horrid. He wouldn’t listen to the tourists and acted like we were working for him instead of him working for us. He was always coming up with a “surprise” and none of them were good. In Zurich, we were told to meet the bus at 6:30 p m. When we got there, he had another “surprise “ which involved a 6 block walk to where they had moved the bus. When a majority of tourists complained, Albert became very defensive. Then after the Paris tour we were given free time. We asked where the pick up point was if we went to the Louvre. We were told just to find our way back to the hotel 12 miles away! We had no idea where a bus station was or how to hail a taxi! We are from a town where everyone drives. Thankfully, some other tourists who were going to the Louvre got a taxi for us. Also at Versailles, we were only allowed to view the gardens. The only tickets for the palace were at 12:30 and the bus was leaving at 11:00. The worst part was we paid an extra $179 for an extra night in Paris. We paid through the tour company so we would be in the same hotel because we had a tour booked to Normandy at 7:30 in the morning. The day before, we were told we would be transferring to a new hotel at 10:00 a m the day of the tour. We asked for an earlier transfer because of the Normandy tour and we’re denied. On top of that, when we got to the new hotel around 11:00 a m , we were told check in was at 3:00 p m, so the group of 7 of us had to remain in the lobby for 4 hours! Plus it cost us an extra night in a hotel with a missed tour. We were very disappointed!Show morePrime Holidays Inc commented on this reviewHi Linda We are sorry for these unpleasant travel experiences that the passengers went through. Some of these complains were redirected to the corresponding departments and agents for further investigations that is the reason for late reply.... Show moreTrip date: October 2022
