- MFMarce· September 24th, 2022We had a great time doing the EBC trek and I would recommend it to anybody, especially using Sherpa expedition And Trekking Team. Our guides took very good care of our group of 10, ensuring we were safe and well, had everything we needed and would help to accommodate special requests. They were very knowledgeable of the area, and were able to make recommendations and suggestions on a whole bunch of topics. The attitude was always positive and friendly, but also authoritative and of experience when it needed to be. I suffered altitude effects at Namche (approx 3200m), and Wangchhu was quick to assist, which really helped to get me (and another) sorted overnight and well enough to continue comfortably. No one gets left behind, everyone gets fed and ultimately it is an amazing and enjoyable experience. The porter team was fantastic and very helpful too. Would recommend to anyone. Just make sure you are in good fitness and the trek will be great! As I was traveling on my own I was a bit nervous but Ram Barakoti and my guide Raju mainali couldn’t have done more to look after me. The trek was amazing and one of the best things I’ve ever done.
