  Excellent travel agency in India. When our schedule changed they were able to accommodate our changes and give us a good overview of the "Golden Triangle". The driver was very good as well. The guides in Agra and Jaipur were also very good.

  Tour with Swastik India was a nice surprise, before our trip we heard a lot a bad experience about travel through India.our main issue was hygiene and safety but tour agents peasorted everything, hotel was a good standard with a lot of food to choose from.ad

  The tour was more than we expected. Having a personal driver (Mayur) that got us to every location safely and promptly was probably the most impressive part of the trip. In fact it created a special bond between Mayur my girlfriend and myself. That being said, all the personal tour guides were highly knowledgeable, friendly and patient. They encouraged us to ask any questions if we had any. My girlfriend Pat and I learned so many things about the history of India and all of the the different cultures that interacted through the centuries that made India what it is today. I have to say out of all the amazing castles, monuments, city gates, fortress walls, palaces and mosques, the most impressive thing we saw was the Taj Mahal. It's more spectacular than we imagined. We now understsnd why it's one of the seven wonder of the world. To be honest to enjoy this adventure of India you have to be open minded. India is very crowed in certain cities. The condition of the roads, sidewalks, stores, restaurants and sanitation in general may be substandard to what you are use to, but the people in India make it work. They are real national treasure. The people of India are resilient, resourceful, devout, hard working, peaceful and kind. Last, the food is fantastic! We saw only a tiny glimpse of India in the five days. We hope to go back someday. If you get a chance, request Mayur as your driver, he's the best. Mahalo! Pat and Glenn from Hawaii.😀🤙🏽

  It was an incredible experience. Our driver made sure to keep us safe and always made us feel comfortable. All hotels were 5 stars. I really enjoyed my time and have absolutely no complaints.

  I would rate the organisation and communication of the tour a 1*, however thankfully we had a nice time in India. We are glad we opted for an organised tour as we felt this ensured our safety throughout the trip, however it was far from organised. We received no additional information before beginning the tour, we only had the itinerary that everyone else sees before booking the tour to go off. It would have been helpful to receive and email in advanced with details on the time of pick up each day, the list of hotels we were staying at and contact details of the drivers and tour guides, but we received none of this. On the first day we reached out to the provider asking for a pick up time, they told us 9am. Despite our flight not landing until 4am in India we set our alarms for 8:30am and were waiting in reception at 9. The driver didn’t show up until 10am. The very next day we were told 9am once more by the booking agent, we later found out the tour guide expected us for 8am. Thankfully for this provider our second driver of the trip was fantastic and we had him for the remainder of the tour. He looked after us with the best of his ability and kept us informed with the pick up times. The biggest joke of the trip was despite booking “India's Luxury Golden Triangle with Leopard Safari & Sunrise Taj Mahal Adventure”, our driver had no idea about the leopard safari. When we contacted the provider about this it became clear they’d completely forgotten to book it for us, despite it being in the itinerary AND TITLE. We were quick to pay the additional money they requested but then it was radio silence for 24 hours. We reached out to them after a day had passed and asked what time pickup would be. They said that the leopard safari was actually fully booked but they were trying…it was a shame they’d happily taken our money before checking availability. After an hour or so, with lots of back and forth thankfully they confirmed a 5:30am pickup time at around 7:30pm for the next day. We were disappointed to never receive an apology for any of this, there was not one sorry sent. I would also like to add that we paid £60 for the safari however it was advertised at the equivalent of £12 per person at safari park. This being said the guides we had were good and the sites we saw were spectacular. We didn’t feel we missed out on anything and had lots of time to relax and enjoy the hotels still. Again, a big thank you to our second driver…he made the trip what it was.

  Overall the tour was very good, exceedingly our expectations The hotels, itineraries and guides were all good Our driver was excellent but the car provided, although new was not large enough for 5 people to travel long distances comfortably. 3 guests had to sit squashed on the back seat. The middle person sat on 14 inch wide divider with no leg room It would have been ideal for 2/3 guests. But groups of 4, need a larger vehicle
