  Me and my wife have had the most incredible trip on the 7 day golden triangle and ranthambore safari tour. It's our first time in India, and we have been taken care of from the first minute arriving at the airport to the very last minute. We booked the 3* hotel option, all hotels were excellent with fantastic food choices and great service. The tour guides: Chetan, Vivek, Naval were all extremely professional and went above and beyond (especially Naval in Ranthambore who completely on his own initiative saw it was my wife's birthday, and surprised us with a cake and presents at the hotel later that night). Their knowledge and expertise help you to really experience and learn the importance of the historical sites they take you. As well as being excellent photographers of course. Chander our driver has been the kindest and most helpful person during our whole time we couldn't have asked for more, and he went above and beyond the service expected, his driving is of course excellent as well. He took us to lots of lovely restaurants as well as local eateries. He really added to the whole experience, and has a wonderful personality and sense of adventure. Finally the organisation and communication from Sonia has been first class. We are so pleased with the whole tour, it has created positive lasting memories of our time in India. And I can 110% recommend this company to anyone wanting to explore India in comfort with 0 stress. I will also note that we were very fortunate to see 2 Tigers on the safaris.   Booked 5 day golden triangle tour. Accommodation was of a good standard. Driver Ram was amazing, nothing was too much trouble, polite, welcoming, warm and humerous. We will miss him. Tour guides were excellent and communication with joyful holidays along the way also excellent. we had one incident which they quickly sorted for us, Thankyou. Not the cheapest tour operator but in our opinion well worth paying the extra money.

  It was such an incredible experience. We never thought that we would have a so beautiful time here in India. Every tour guide was so nice to us and we felt welcoming all the time. Especially our Driver was the lovely’s human being. We learned so much from him and could laugh so much together. With him on our side we felt every second saved.

  I booked a golden triangle and ranthambore tiger safari with joyful holidays (Ms. Sonia Handa). They were very sensitive with regards to planning the tour for a solo female traveller (first time in India too). The tour company provided me with a respectful and friendly driver Ajay Kushwaha, and female tour guide for each city (Alvina Singh for Delhi, Nehru for Jaipur and Alka Toppo for Agra). Ajay was punctual and dependable. He knows the itinerary and ensures that I reach my destination safe and on time. He coordinated everything with the guides. Alvina, Nehru and Alka were very easy to be with. Instant connections were created and it feels like they are my friends. Smart, strong and intelligent women, they ensured I was safe all thoughout the tour.

  We used Joyful Holidays for our recent trip to India visting several locations. Communication before and throughout the trip was excellent. Our driver, Parveen was also a very nice chap and he drove us safely around in what was, at times, chaotic traffic. We visited loads of different sites which we enjoyed. Sadly no Tiger on the Safari but you can't have it all I guess. All in all a really nice trip to India and I can recommend Joyful holidays and Parveen without reservation. Thank you.

  I had an incredible week of travel. Saw so many beautiful palaces, temples and tombs. It was a very action packed holiday and very personal. The hotels were great quality. Most importantly I felt very safe and managed through the entire trip and didn’t have to worry about anything. Thank you to the management team and a biggest thank you to Gagandeep my driver and now friend who I spent so much time with travelling to Delhi, Jaipur, Agra and Ranthambore National Park.

  We did the 7 day golden triangle tour with Delhi, Agra, Ranthambore and Jaipur. The whole Organization upfront but also during the stay was extraordinarily, super fast responding times and giving all asked information and details. Also special request (additional nights, tours and pick-ups) were catered for. The hotels and recommended lunch/dinner places were really good, delicious and reasonable prices. Also extra wishes and request were covered. The tour guides were really good, provided great facts and informations and also served as great photographers, knowing all the Instagram worthy spots. Especially the female guide Alvina we had in Delhi was outstanding!!! She gave us a great local Delhi experience and was so lovely!! Our driver Ajay Kushan was the very very best! Not only was he driving super safe (and the traffic is crazy and unpredictable), he was always in time, helpful and provided so many information about India, the culture and people - we learned so much from him and enjoyed all the long drives. So we were more than happy to have had him. As said, also Sonia and her team as organizer were a true pleasure and made the tour to an amazing experience. All together they were really able to give us a great India experience and we felt safe, comfortable and more than welcome to whole tour.

  We really enjoyed our 5 day trip around the golden triangle tour with Ranthambore. Our driver Praveen was amazing we felt very safe with him he’s was a fabulous driver felt very safe in his hands he was always on time and always contacted us before he arrived.
