  "I can’t thank Serengeti African Tours enough for an unforgettable 6-day private safari! Every detail was perfectly planned, making the trip beyond my wildest dreams. We explored the lush Lake Manyara, the majestic Serengeti (where spotting cheetahs was a highlight!), the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater, and the magical Tarangire. Seeing the Big 5, countless birds, and unique wildlife like Mr. Warthog was incredible. Our guide, David, went above and beyond, sharing his knowledge and passion, which made every moment special. The accommodations and food were top-notch, adding comfort and care to the adventure. I’m so grateful for this amazing experience and highly recommend Serengeti African Tours for anyone seeking the magic of Tanzania’s wilderness.

  Our 5-day safari across Serengeti, Ngorongoro, and Tarangire was incredible. Each park offered stunning landscapes and we saw all the animals we hoped for—and more! Special thanks to our guide, Godfrey, who answered every question with expertise and kept us entertained with his stories and humuor. Chef Richard’s meals were also top-notch, always fresh and delicious. The visit to the Materuni Waterfalls and meeting the local tribe added a unique touch to the trip. Highly recommend this tour for anyone looking for a memorable African adventure!

  Our Guide, Praise was wonderful, especially on the return to Arusha day when we ran into a protest. Praise went the extra mile to make sure we all felt safe, secure and that things were under control. Thank you Praise! The facilities at the lodge were lovely and the camping was good, but don't expect hot water when staying at the camps - especially Ngorongoro - The food throughout was amazing and all credit to our cook - HOWEVER - the hotel we were booked into on our penultimate night in Arusa was not great, again no hot water and it was right in the middle of town and very very noisy. A place outside the centre with a garden to sit in would have been lovely and much nicer after being in a land rover for 4 days and basic camping. I would also suggest that a day going to the Falls and coffee plantation whilst really interesting could have been better spent with an extra two nights in the Serengeti as it was somewhat underwhelming end to our fantastic safari where we saw such a lot of cats, birds and the Lepoard with her cub was the absolute highlight. The falls/coffee should perhaps be more of an add on or side trip. Also it should really be pointed out at the briefing (first night) that there is an hour long uphill hike to reach the falls, some of our party could not manage it and had to wait in the village. On the whole it was a great trip and really good value. We would do it again.

  You get what you paid for. It was “cheap” so we lack things like information or goods vehicles. It let us stranded 3 times!! The lack of information from the beginning has been appalling, as in, I wasn’t told that we would have 2 ppl to tip in 2 different sets of one reservation, that makes 4ppl! When I assumed it would be one person. In this toor model you have the driver and the chef because for some reason each company carries a chef with them. And then, the group split up, in the last part of the tour, again, the same problem, 2 ppl to tip. Highly dissatisfied with the lack of information. The night before the tour started someone came to my accommodation to give me a briefing, mainly to tell me how much I had to tip each person per day. She mentioned as well things as better colours to wear during the safari. That information would have been useful before I got to Tanzania, not after. I won’t buy a wardrobe the night before of the safari. That. is the sort of information that companies should have a ready email with and send it straight away as soon as you book. Mosquito repellent (I did have that), colours, how many ppl to tip in each day, expectations about food (very high in carb). This sort of information should had been send right after you get your confirmation of the safari. I am sure is not that difficult to put that sort of email together. Quite disappointing. Apart from that, it is many, many, many hours sitting in a car. That’s how it is but, be aware!

  This was an amazing experience. The guide was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the chef was also excellent. We saw many of the iconic African animals, and the guide was able to tell us a lot about then and rhe African ecosystem. The communication from Serengeti African tours was also excellent, and if I had any questions before or during the tour they were always quick to respond to whatsapp messages.

  Safari was a great time with Serengeti African Tours, The safari was wonderful, we slept in cabins and tent. Food was very delicious and our guide Kelvin was amazing he had alot of knowledge of wild animals and general knowledge... Highly recommend Serengeti African Tours

  I was quite worried about doing the tour as it was the first time I had travelled solo however, from the moment I was picked up by my driver Calvin I felt safe and secure and could not have been in better hands. In addition to this, Calvin was an incredibly great spotter and pointed out many animals that we would have otherwise missed. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the animals and there were none that he could not name or provide information on. I highly recommend Serengeti Tours to anyone traveling either alone or as a couple.
