Also, pick up times were slow to arrive and I often had to request that information. It was not always accurate, which is inconvenient when it might change from 6.45 am to 8.30 am. We faced NO PROBLEMS because LVP Travels planned our itinerary meticulously. For Hanoi during December, always carry warm clothes. Everywhere you travel in Vietnam, pls carry water.
