What type of accommodation is used for this tour?

The accommodation is in carefully chosen comfortable lodges, hotels and permanent tented camps with proper beds, showers and toilet facilities with solar energy as a power source. The accommodation type and standard depends on how you choose to plan your safari, what you want to see or what parts of the park you want to be close to and what activities you want to partake in. We can help you upgrade your accommodation, and also help you find the perfect fit for you.

Can I join this tour after it's already departed?

Unfortunately not, once the tour has departed, then you will need to book another start date for your Safari. We have safaris departing daily, so if you miss this tour, then do not fear, we will put you on a safari leaving the next day.

How much time is spent at each attraction?

You usually aim to spend a full day of game viewing at each National Park. But again, it really depends on how you plan to experience your trip, sometimes people choose to break up game viewing with lunch at their lodge or camp, or opt to take a packed lunch to optimize game viewing in the Park. You'll even find times where you choose to leave a Park earlier because the Park rangers have give the Safari Guide a tip that there is something exciting happening at the Park you are on your way too, like the wildebeest migration or lion cubs being born. But you will be able to stay in the National Parks until their closing time which is about 18:00. Travel days back, also alter the time spent in the Parks, if you have other travel arrangements to continue with or flights to catch.

How much time is spent driving/on the bus each day?

A safari game drive is usually done in a Land Cruiser with an open viewing roof, which means that naturally, you will be spending a lot of time in the car because this is how you expeierence the National Parks. But remember, that because the roofs are open, you can stand up and stretch, or even sit down to relax. Because the roof is open, you get fresh air flowing and it does not feel stuffy. It is hard to say exactly how much time is spent driving, because it depends on your own personal preferences, you can choose to leave the Parks earlier, you can choose to take breaks at picnic spots, visit a Maasai Village, go to a local restaurant, visit a market or go souvenir shopping. You may even see something particularly exciting in the Park, let's say a lion chase, then you will want to experience this and spend more time in the car. This really all depends on your own choices of how you want to plan your trip. But just know that if you have any specific requests, then let your Safari guide know, or before your trip. Remember that if sitting in a car for too long seems daunting, why not break up your safari with a Walking Safari tour?

What is the physical rating for this tour?

A safari is experienced in the comfort of a Landcruiser with open viewing roofs, so you can choose to sit or stand. Anyone can expeirence this tour, as long as you are generally healthy there are no specific physical requirements. If you are in a wheelchair or have special needs, let us know and we will be sure to organize what we can for you.

Do you charge a single supplement fee or can I be matched with another solo traveller?

You can be matched with another solo traveller for this trip if you want but you will need to pay a single supplement fee if you want to be in a Single room.

We had the most incredible time visiting four parks last month with Musa. He was always on time and ensured that the vehicle was clean and well stocked with water, snacks, binoculars.... His expertise and knowledge about the parks. He was flexible, patient and mindful of the animals' welfare driving carefully not to spook the animals when we encountered them. He taught us so much about the animals, birds and culture. We believe that the work done by our travel expert Patrick prior to the trip made trip flawless, he booked us in amazing lodges, and booked all the activities that made our safari unforgettable. We had the most amazing time travelling through Tanzania with WAT through Lake Manyara NP, Serengeti NP and Ngorongoro Crater. WAT did an amazing job of organizing the trip that it all went smoothly from one destination to the next. We were happy to be with Jackson as our guide. He is very knowledgeable about the animals and Tanzania in general. Everything turned out exceptionally well, particularly the thousands of wildebeest calving in Ndutu is unforgettable. We went for a four day safari with WAT with guide Moses who made our trip very successful. We had an amazing time seeing lots of wild animals, birds and also interacting with local tribes. Moses taught us so much about the animals, culture and everything about Tanzania. The accommodations were perfect as they located along the circuit, and very professionally operated. We returned from the safari a couple of days ago and are extremely happy with how everything turned out. The trip was well planned starting in Tarangire, Serengeti and finishing off in glorious Ngorongoro. Sadique our wonderful guide had answers to all questions about the animals, culture and everything about Tanzania. He spared no effort so that we got to see as many animals as possible, and patient to let us enjoy the views and take as many photos as we wanted. His driving skills were impressive, expertly maneuvering the off roader in muddy trails. Accommodations at Ngorongoro Wildcamp, Serengeti Safari Lodge and Serengeti Wildebeest Camp were perfect. They were all great resting spots during the trip. I got a good impression about World Adventure Tours during the planning phase with the timely and professional responses from Moses. This excellence has continued through the actual trip and I am happy to recommend them to all my family and friends.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before January 12th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after January 12th, 2025, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with World Adventure Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
