    Pre trip information was poor, we had no idea what was included and what wasn't. However on arrival in Joburg we were unexpectedly met at the airport. Our tour director, in South Africa,Nanette was amazing, Her knowledge, organisation and ability to squeeze everything in was faultless. Where we had problems due to food allergies, she battled tirelessly on our behalf. Lynne and I were blown away. Our tour director in Zimbabwe, Brighton was also exceptional and consistently went above and beyond for us, organising appropriate excursions, meal reservations and more.

    Generally the tour was well organized. We had a great time on our first trip to South Africa! On feedback, I would encourage Cosmos to give guests more specific communication and guidance on checkin.

    Bheki was everything you could want in a tour guide - insightful, intelligent, funny and very warm with all the guests. Kruger gate and Kruger Park are just such unique experiences that words aren't sufficient.

    I really enjoyed the trip, the intenerary, and the guides.The only downside was that our tour director didn't travel to Zimbabwe with us and was unresponsive when we ran into some trouble with an excursion. She should have been with us for the whole trip.

  • Visa
    • Unfortunately we cannot offer you a visa application service. Whether you need a visa or not depends on your nationality and where you wish to travel. Assuming your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you're planning to visit, you will need to apply for a visa in advance of your scheduled departure.
    • Here is an indication for which countries you might need a visa. Please contact the local embassy for help applying for visas to these places.
  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before January 12th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after January 12th, 2025, a minimum payment of $250 is required to confirm your booking with Cosmos. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Cosmos will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
    • The following cards are accepted for "Cosmos" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
